Privacy & text terms

Khrys’ Kakes uses the information you provide to process drop orders, arrange delivery, answer questions, and send the texts you choose to receive. For custom orders, message @bakingwithkhrys on Instagram. Instagram’s own privacy practices apply when you use that service.

Your information

Drop preorders collect your name, preferred order-contact method (phone/text or Instagram), the corresponding phone number or Instagram username, chosen items, pickup or delivery choice, and any notes you provide. Email is optional for pay-at-handoff preorders. Delivery orders also collect your delivery address; pickup does not require it. We save your order-confirmation statement and the time you agreed. We retain payment amounts, payment or refund references, and review notes for order reconciliation.

Payment is due on pickup or delivery day, before handoff. Earlier payments are welcome using the payment details Khrys sends directly. Submitting a preorder does not charge you or send your order to an online payment provider. Khrys personally contacts you through your chosen method to arrange handoff details and records payment after receiving it. This contact choice is for your order and does not sign you up for marketing. Instagram’s own privacy practices apply to DMs. This website does not request or store full card numbers or bank logins. Automated texting is currently disabled. Some pages load Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google’s servers.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process information to operate the services described here.

Your bag is saved in your browser’s session storage. Order and support records are retained for fulfillment, payment disputes, applicable business obligations, and customer service. Consent and suppression records may be retained to respect your messaging choices. Ask Khrys about access, correction, or deletion through Instagram; we may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or business obligations.

The sweet list & order texts

Marketing texts about drops are optional. By checking the consent box and submitting your mobile number, you electronically agree to receive automated marketing texts from Khrys’ Kakes at that number. Confirm your number by replying YES. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Order-update texts are a separate, optional choice at checkout. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be delayed or undelivered; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from both marketing and order-update texts, or HELP for help. You can also make a clear opt-out request by text or contact Khrys on Instagram with the mobile number to stop. To unblock a number that previously opted out, reply START; marketing signup also requires confirmation. You may choose not to receive texts and still place an order.

Florida cottage-food information

Our drop desserts are sold under Florida’s cottage-food exemption and do not require refrigeration for safety.

Cottage foods must be prepackaged and labeled with the producer’s name and address, product name, ingredients in descending order by weight, net quantity, and required allergen information. This is not an allergen-free kitchen and cross-contact is possible. For product-specific ingredient or allergen questions, contact Khrys before ordering. A general kitchen notice does not replace accurate ingredient and allergen labeling.

Orders & delivery

Pickup is free at an agreed meeting location. Delivery is free in Brandon, Seffner, Riverview, and Valrico; $4 in Tampa and Downtown Tampa; and $5 in St. Petersburg. For further locations, contact Khrys for a distance-based quote before ordering.

Each drop’s available pickup or delivery options, fees, and cancellation or refund terms are presented before you submit a preorder. You confirm that you want the order and understand Khrys will contact you using your preferred method to arrange the handoff details. Exact pickup details may be arranged privately after submission. A bag does not reserve inventory; an accepted preorder reserves the items with payment due on pickup or delivery day before handoff; earlier payments are welcome. These preorders do not expire after 30 minutes. Keep your private order link for status updates and contact Khrys promptly to request a change or cancellation. An order marked received or preparing does not mean payment has been collected.

Custom orders are discussed and confirmed through Instagram. Please allow 1–2 weeks’ notice. Rush orders may include an additional fee depending on how soon they’re needed and availability.
